HiraForms keeps payment simple, private, and separate from government fees. Here is what to expect.

Zelle, Venmo, and cash are accepted. Private payment instructions — including any account details — are provided directly with your written quote, not published on this website.
Why there's no QR code here
This page intentionally does not display a QR code for payment. A QR code simply encodes the same private information as text, so publishing one would not keep it private. Your payment details are always shared with you individually and privately.
Introductory call and payment policy
- A brief introductory telephone call is free.
- The first 60-minute working appointment requires a $50 advance payment.
- That $50 is credited toward your total quoted service price — it is not an extra charge.
- After your introductory call, you'll receive a written quote and private payment instructions.
- Payment is required before work begins.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance incur no fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the $50 payment.
- No refunds are available once agreed-upon work has been completed and accepted by the client.
Government filing fees are separate
Any government filing fee is separate from HiraForms' service fee and is paid by you directly to the relevant government agency. HiraForms does not collect, hold, or include government fees as part of its own charges.
