HiraForms (a DBA of YDHZ LLC) provides customer-directed clerical, typing, translation, document-organization, scanning-guidance, and technical-assistance services in Fairfield County, Connecticut. HiraForms is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or eligibility determinations of any kind.

By requesting or receiving services from HiraForms, you confirm that you choose your own forms, supply your own answers, and remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your paperwork. You will review, sign, and submit your own documents, and you will pay any government filing fees directly to the relevant government agency.

You are responsible for creating and controlling any government account involved in your matter, including keeping your own passwords, security codes, and security question answers private. HiraForms will never ask to log into, manage, or store your government account credentials.

A brief introductory telephone call is free. The first 60-minute working appointment requires a $50 advance payment, credited toward your total quoted service price. Payment is required before clerical work begins. Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance incur no fee; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the $50 advance. No refunds are available once agreed-upon work has been completed and accepted.

If, at any point, your matter appears to call for legal judgment — such as choosing a form, assessing eligibility, interpreting a legal question, or weighing evidence or strategy — HiraForms will pause the clerical work and refer you to an independent, licensed attorney or authorized accredited representative. Continuing to work with HiraForms after such a referral does not create an attorney-client relationship with HiraForms.

HiraForms makes no promises, guarantees, or predictions regarding the outcome, approval, or timing of any government submission, benefit, or process.
